ABOUT
BIO...
Born with the alliterative name Natalie N. Newton, I always hoped I could use that heaping helping of N's as a trademark for something catchy and memorable.
As a kid, I really wanted to be a Rock N' Roll Ballerina Fairy Princess. (I attribute my own childhood dreams to the wonderfully unrealistic works of Disney, and to Jem and The Holograms, idols of the 1980's.)
Not surprisingly, that little career path didn't quite pan out. But that's ok, because it turns out I love working as a Graphic Artist and I wouldn't want to trade it for anything.
My name remained ridiculously alliterative even after marriage, when I went from Newton to Niemi. (Which was fortunate, considering I had already registered my business name and URL. What can I say, it was meant to be.)
I have worked in the field of Art and Design for nearly ten years. I attended Art School in the late 1990s at the Art Institute of Colorado in Denver, and received my degree in Graphic Design. I have lived and worked in a variety of locations in the Southwest United States.
